We present Future Mobility Maker — a fully autonomous exhibition system where visitors co-create personalized future mobility visions through open-ended dialogue with life-sized AI agent Saya.
It has supported over 10,000 visitor interactions in environments exceeding 75 dB with no staff intervention.
We contribute three technical pillars enabling operator-free conversational AI in public spaces:
1) robust dialogue for noisy real-world environments, 2) embodied nonverbal dialogue behavior for natural communication, and 3) companion-agent orchestration for inviting walk-up interaction.
